So yeah Fillers! nobody really likes them. I'm pretty sure some people say "hey I know you caught up to the manga so maybe take a brake for a season or two off then come back?" but there are at times where the filler was be as good as the main story. For me right now TSE filler seems like an alright arc so far (IMO anyways) so who else thought that a filler arc was good as the main arc or maybe you had a favorite?

One Piece had this one arc called the davy back fight arc, some people might find it annoying/boring but I loved it :). It can't be compared to the main arcs though.

Nope. If they're not written by the author himself, I find very little reason to watch them.

I've definitely been enjoying the TSE "filler" arc as well. I put it in quotes because I consider it more an anime original arc, as it appears that it's not just there to take up space, but meant to flesh out the series more, and that the stuff that happens in this arc is going to stick around as canon and that the characters will keep their growth from the things that happened. Like, after today's episode, without spoiling anything, I'm betting that Rokuro and Benio are going to definitely be looking at things as more of a spectrum of grey than as simply black or white.

Filler I don't really like. If it's "filler", aka anime-original that builds on the story, characters, and world and sticks around, then I'm completely fine with it.

Not really. I like anime so much better than manga, but there are a lot of problems because most anime aren't original and go off of source material. I kind of wish there was just anime, so that there would be no fillers, and shows would actually be completed, and adaptations wouldn't skip material. But eh. That couldn't happen anyways.

Every once in a long while, decent filler will come along. Most of the time I skip it though.

I liked the Doom Tree arc of Sailor Moon.
Though the first anime was so riddled with filler that even cannon arcs didn't resemble the source material very much.

And the DBZ episode of Goku and Piccolo trying to get drivers licenses was among the funniest things I have seen.

Bleach had some pretty decent fillers imo, but any other show they were pretty much garbage.

Simple answer - yes. Nuanced answer - probably?

Simple answer explanation:
I liked Shugo Chara Party, which according to most fans, was a filler season. Whether or not the entire last season of a show can be considered filler or not seems like an interesting question though.

Nuanced answer explanation:
I almost never read source material and judge an anime adaptation completely on it's own merits. In addition to this, I don't watch many long-form anime to begin with (Shugo Chara being perhaps the only one until I started watching Precure). Because of this, the concept of filler almost doesn't exist to me. I get that shows often air tons of episodes about a story unrelated to the main plot, but it's unlikely I even watch those shows to begin with. But even when I do, if the plot arcs are long enough, then chances are high that I might not even tell that they're filler (unless I hear that information second hand).
