That's what always bemuses me with anti-immigrantion rhetoric about stealing jerbs and what not. I mean, really? You had your heart set on that job picking fruit for 10 hours a day in the sun for ( if you're lucky ) minimum wage? But some immigrant stole it from you? Right.

a job like that is better then no job at all

Having those jobs filled up is also better than having a large number of them empty though.

Yes, but that doesn't mean non-immigrants are lining up for it. Hence the problem. There's an attitude of unskilled labour being "beneath" people even if they have zero work experience. Especially if it involves agriculture.

You vote for whoever you want. Just do research instead of relying on what happened to you. Some people have different lives, thus different examples. The "I saw it happen" isn't a very good reason or proof.

To expand on this, when doing research, look to see what their position is on the issues.

Trump on the issues:

Hillary on the issues:

Gary Johnson on the Issues:
http://www.ontheissues.org/Gary_Johnson.htm

Jill Stein on the issues:
http://www.ontheissues.org/Jill_Stein.htm

Also look at their proposed tax and spending plans and see what effect that has on the country ove the course of say, 10 years.

Over 10 years, Hillary will add $250 billion to the nat'l debt bringin us to spending 87% of our GDP. Trump will add $11.5 trillion to the debt bringing us to spending 127% of our GDP.

http://www.crfb.org/papers/promises-and-price-tags-fiscal-guide-2016-election

Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget (CRFB) is a non-partisan organization that analyzes the fiscal impace of proposed policies.

Personally, I think Trump and Hillary are both poor choices and I'm considering a 3rd party vote. 3rd part votes are generally considered a wasted vote, but considering the candidates in this election, I think this is a good opportunity to strengthen the 3rd party, which hopefully gives us more options one day in the future.
