ill comment on the last one since frankly im too tired to argue with you today

I'm not trying to argue. Like I said, I was genuinely curious. Its fairly rare for someone to do a political 180 without some sort of major shake up ( like sending a church kid off to college or similar ).

I am in a similar boat to you ( right down to living in an apartment building my mom manages ) but in my case I had to resign from my job with PTSD. Though I live in a socialist country ( Canada ) so it is not an uphill battle to get social assistance when you need it. Although I must admit that baffles me even more. If you're reliant on social programs why vote for the party that does everything they can to cut them?

As for the racism, again, I can't really speak on that as I don't know what town you're referring too in order to research the problem. But again, while your experience is valid it doesn't speak for the country as a whole. In general, the state of social programs in your country is by and large a mess. Mainly due to essentially being caught in a constant crossfire between the left and right of the political spectrum. Much like with the Affordable Care Act no one really got what they want and Americans have to live with the result.

it may be just me and call me cold hearted but if my mother pulled a gun on a cop and she got shot dead I would say its her fault, would I be devastated yes, if I had a brother and he didn't obey police orders and was shot dead I would do the same, now I know there are some bad apples but almost every case I have seen except that therapist, those people either pulled a gun or simply didn't obey orders

how hard is it to listen

Well, the fundamental problem there is that disobedience is not and should not be a death sentence. Sure, if you pull a gun on a cop I'm not going cry any tears for you. But you can't immediately bring lethal force to bare on someone who is unarmed just because they aren't listening to you. If you're going to be a first responder you can't be the nervous, jumpy one in a situation. If you're wound up and jumpy, you're going to make everyone else wound up and jumpy. If you're *armed* and jumpy, even more so.

Staying calm is the single most important thing you can do in a first response situation. It was a corner stone of my training and I was only a dispatcher/coordinator.

yes I know the reps are vastly different when it comes to welfare,
what have I got to lose? I doubt a single republican president would be allowed to get rid of it totally and every other assistance program,

the thing is though im tired of the BLM doing shit which Obama and Hillary isn't reprimanding, I get there are issues, I get it

it comes back to the rioting, frankly its just going to get worse,

my thoughts are
Hillary :more of it and even supporting it -not the cause but support because basicially if you don't reprimand someone its giving them the a ok to do shit-

trump:will try to fix the police and bring back law and order as he said, wont tolerate bs

4 years under Hillary will be just like Obama, race relations are NOT going to get better, she isn't even for blacks

I don't give a shit she says she is now, she is lying, just like how she all of a sudden was for gay marriage and all of a sudden against the TPP, yea no
its a mask, to get votes, need I quote super predators again
unlike Bernie who was actually for blacks, he marched with mlk for god sake while Hillary at the same time was against what was going on

racist? yea to a degree. PC? no he isn't tolerate bs? no he doesn't

that's what we need

we don't need a rpesident who will bend over and take dick from everyone, right now we are a laughing stock

and if it takes a racist person , fine

after all just being white makes one racist remember

I won't defend the super predator bullshit. Cus it was bullshit. But the Iran deal? What basis do you have for saying its a negative to begin with? LIterally the only people that slammed it as a negative were Israel and Republicans. The GOP have demonstrated they will opposed basically anything Obama does no matter what it is or how little sense it makes to do so. I mean even Russia endorsed the Iran deal.

What basis do you have for saying the Iranian deal is a positive? You consider it a positive that the deal meant the US giving billions to Iran, the number 1 state sponsor of terror? You consider it a positive that the deal meant that Iran was approved to move forward with refining Uranium with little supervision, and can stall any oversight with plenty of time to hide any work that they are still developing their nuclear weapon program? You seriously use Russia's endorsement of the deal as a positive? Iran and Russia have been on and off strategic partners for centuries. In the 1990's Russia joined a joint research program with Iran to help them with their nuclear program. Iran is a strategic partner of Russia today, why do you think that Russia endorsing the deal means anything good for the US or the world? Especially when both Russia and Iran have shown signs of wanting to start spreading their wings a bit in the expansionist direction.

My political views are shaped by my religious beliefs. I started out as moderately liberal, but now supporting any Republican has become impossible for me.

and your answer to that is to elect a literal clown? >.>

Electing Trump would essentially be the most disastrous thing you could do in terms of geopolitics. If you think you're a joke now just wait till you defy all reason in the eyes of the world and elect Trump. The rest of us are appalled enough as is that he was even nominated. If he's elected that'll be it for the US as a world power anyone listens too. Never mind that the terrorist recruitment ads would just write themselves with president Trump. ISIS is getting good mileage out of the fact he's even a nominee.

Trump happened -> Lost all faith in democracy. Dictatorship is a much better form of government, because you wouldn't need to know that your country's leader is a tax evading child rapist who failed 6 times at business despite being born a millionaire and will do anything to get power including pandering to racists and using Alex Jones, the sugar pill salesman to spread conspiracy theories about your opponent.

The cult of personally of Mao was much better, at least you knew everybody was into this stuff because there is no choice. The cult of personality of Trump is simply disgusting. There is freedom of information, freedom of the press, freedom of speech, yet half of the country still act like rabid morons who will defend everything Trump does by saying Hillary is worse. How can you not loose faith in democracy?

I have no faith in the people. We have lost. Game over. Quote me idc it's almost 6 am and I couldn't care less I am tired

Well, considering that I didn't care about the world until slightly less than a year ago and did nothing but play games and go out with friends, I'd have to say that it's changing in the fact that I am learning about it.

There are still a great many things that I am uninformed about and unaware of.

My views have changed as I have changed. When I was a young little idiot, I had no idea what my views were. Hell, I don't think I had any. Around 10 is when I started questioning my family's religious views, and started to form political opinions, but I had no idea about anything. Around 17, I finally went full atheist and started adopting a more Democrat mindset.

Now I'm still an atheist, bordering anti-theist, but I vote for whoever I think will be best for the country as a whole. (Neither of our current Major Party Candidates fit my criteria)
