For the past few months I haven't been able to access crunchyroll on my Xbox one. Every time I try, I get a circular loading screen and then a message that says "CRUNCHYROLL experienced a server error. Please try again."

I haven't been able to find a solution that works and I have tried to contact crunchyroll support and xbox one support.

I have tried re installing, opening with a different account, deleting my gamertag and re adding it, de activating all devices, hard resetting my xbox etc.

Crunchyroll directed me to xb1 support who then directed me to crunchyroll support.

Anyone got a fix??

Having that same issue right now. Seems to happen a lot during busy times... Eventually it starts working again for me though.

Definitely not an XB1 problem.

its an issue right now,xbox has an alert on it,tho i dont belive the part of you not able to access for months you would off said something and crunchy would off fix it by now,no need to exaggerate it been only 3 days that the app not working,holidays too im sure it get fix by this week✌

I was able to watch two hours after I posted. The problem is related to how busy CR's servers are. Either that, or they are doing maintenance that causes an outage every Saturday night...

It's been happening to me more often lately, but what I've noticed is every Saturday this issue comes up in the evening. (DBZ & OP episodes get released on Saturday evening) I do believe that these 2 episodes may be the cause for the server issues. Plus today specifically a new episode of Blue Exorcist (among other amine's) just released their 1st episode.

Hoping tomorrow it calms down a bit.. .

Also getting errors for the last hour or so, tried WiFi and mobile hotspot, so it's not the network on my end. Was trying to binge on Blue Exorcist this weekend.

Glad I can rely on my HTPC in the living room . Trying to use the Xbox One S is just pathetic ! Can't even watch the old series Please Teacher without it freezing up when going to the next episode . If you manage to back out to the dashboard it will either not show the next video or just crash the app altogether !

Has a crunchyroll admin even read this thread?
I've been having trouble during peak hours, but now ALL I get are error messages. Why am I paying for a premium memberships when I have to watch anime on hulu? SMH
Poorly done, crunchyroll.
