GPS constantly on, crap like Facebook restarting 1092109343094 times throughout the day, Bluetooth accidentally on, maxing out on RAM, too many apps running in the background (that you might've thought you closed out on), wifi smart switching, 4G LTE searching constantly, and a host of other stuff that could affect the battery life.

Batteries hold less charge over time. Probably just need to swap the battery out for a new one and you'll be fine.

Guess the best way to troubleshoot it is to turn the phone off and try to charge it.
