It has promise but a couple of rants

The blue subtitles / I thought CR subbed these??

A rushed episode

Why have a cliffhangar / when the PV gives it away

Agreed, cliffhangers, "did they all just get shot to death???" are silly when they're revealed to be alive only minutes later in the PV. At least keep us in suspense for a week!

I'm pretty sure I saw white subs. Did you use a device or the web Flash player?

Yes, this episode was rushed but it seems like it was just an intro? I haven't read the manga or anything but it looks like they'll be fighting for survival in a Bloodivores prison now. Will it be a fight of the week show now, plotting to escape? Near the middle of the cour they get out of prison and seek to expose the government for their handling of Bloodivores? Will see if it remains interesting or not.

The flash player / I could read threm but it blended into the background.

I found it interesting. Curious to see who did the deed at the bank. Hope all the questions get answered eventually. Looking forward to more.

I enjoyed the first episode a lot which seems to be going against the generic flow. I found that it made me want to come back for more and I'm looking forward for the next episode.

It's a show about blood and masks or something.

Plus I worked really hard to make this cover pic guys. I hope you like it

No posts since last episode yet, eh? I can see where this is going.

Anyway, I still find myself enjoying the show for it's story and little else. I still don't care about the characters at all and I'm not totally sure where they're going conceptually, but it's an interesting tale and I'm curious to see what happens next. I'm still doubting it will hold my interest until the end of the season but I've seen much worse than this.

Yeahhhh that one's a drop from me. None of the characters have any likeability, the presentation is mediocre and I've lost my interest in ultraviolent survival games (if I had any to begin with). The supernatural elements also feel pretty unimaginative in my opinion.

I'll stick around since I never drop anything I'll see it through to the end though I'm hoping for improvement.

It's definitely better than Outcast from last season (which i dropped mid series), but not higher than 5/10.
I like the OP, can't say the same for the rest yet.

Apparently that V is something to be amazed about, will see next week.

Ep2 seemed really dumb. Don't you think they'd explain the head exploding neck collars first? And... making a lookalike robot? Really? And giving them weapons that don't do a darned thing against the monsters. I like a good survival show but this doesn't seem like a good one. I _might_ give it one more episode to redeem itself. I also might forget to watch it ever again. Too bad as the first episode, while poorly animated, did seem to have a bit of an interesting premise. Seems like there might be an interesting plot there somewhere, too bad it is hiding behind drooling open mouthed monsters.

I'll stick around for a while longer to see where this one is going.

If you are interested in the concept of good Manhua or Chinese webcomic adaptations, I would suggest Rakshasa Street.
Fox Spirit Matchmaker (Huyao Xiao Hongniang) is decent but the story doesn't really pick up until after the first season.
Also, if you are too leet to listen to spoken Mandarin, don't bother with either.

You just said everything I've been thinking. It's got likable characters, and the first episode teased an interesting premise but ep 2 was pretty lame, aside from likable characters.

ETA: I just read back a few posts. looks like maybe I'm the only one who likes the characters.

I've watched the first two episodes of this and my thoughts? Somewhat enjoyable, although the OP's start creeps me out. And also, it gives me few reminders or such. See below.

Reservoir Dogs: bank heist and all that blaming and such.
Deadman Wonderland: all those survival, deaths and more.

Now where i've seen those explosive collars before...?

Seems interesting so far. I like both the Chinese & Japanese OP ver. Gives me the Deadman in Wonderland vibe

Third episode was pretty good as we got some bits of backstory to chew on. Some of the action was pretty wonky and low quality, and the obligatory boob groping scene was just dumb (as it pretty much always is), but I'm still finding there to be enough going on to keep me interested. Not top of season by any means but I'm thinking I might stick with this for the long haul.

I still don't know if I like it, but apparently I"m still watching it, since when it comes to picking something from my "undecided" pile during a Sunday afternoon lull I end up picking this. I guess I can afford to add a bit of possible trash to my regular lineup.

I hope it does lead to something fairly interesting though and gets out of "Survival Game" (monsters and danger and monsters oh my!) mode, which it seems it might be after the way episode 5 ended. Well, still danger, but maybe less monsters and dead body counting.
