like when I pass by my cat sometimes I go "hi sexy" "hey cutie" "kiss noises-"

and when petting him "look at those tall ears and big eyes, hmm, aren't you a cutie"

Black cats are my favourite. I talk to all of them. Whether they're mine or not.

Yes but I use telepathy as a means of communication, it's much more effective

You sure make a lot of threads, lol.

On a more relevant note, sometimes. Mostly when my cat is on my lap.

Yes, and my greys talk back, though in dog. My late female, Sammie, even argued. She just had to get the last word in.

Yes, I talk to my cat all the time, and generally she responds (unless she's tired).

If I call her name, she'll look at me and if I say "Come here", she'll rush over.

If I ask, "What are you doing?", she'll generally look at me with a puzzled look or sometimes meow as if trying to give an explanation.

If she's sitting on me uncomfortably, I'll ask "Can you move?", in which case she usually looks at me, but chooses not to respond

I often swear at my dog and call him names. He doesn't seem to mind at all though, because he still follows me from room to room all day like an idiot.

I totally talk to my animals all of the time. And sometimes I make up voices for them like they're talking back.

When I say that out loud, it sounds kind of insane.
