Just more stupidity. I think people used the debate to just look away at the level of stupidity in this case.

The police gave in and released the footage that proves his wife was lying to the media. Then some idiot kills someone at the protest and they think anyone is gonna believe some random cop killed him instead of the guy they caught doing it. News flash, they probably have footage of the shooter's arrest and maybe even a video that witnesses the crime taking place.

And oh look, it's the Hillary rally trick. They show a photo of some intense riot at the top with a hundred people but the video of the protest shows like 8 people with signs...

Man, this one is a total shitstorm. The second guy was shot at the protest that was protesting the shooting of the first guy. In front of a dozen police officers and yet no one could figure out who shot him initially.

As for why that woman is adamant that a cop shot him; You can thank Buzzfeed for that. Buzzfeed pushed out that story first based on unsubstantiated Facebook posts in a rush to get the scoop. Other outlets followed Buzzfeed. By the time the cops tracked down and arrested a suspect the media narrative was already set in motion.

Yes, if you're dealing with a group that is already upset and distrustful you really should, you know, exercise some journalistic integrity before you rush ahead and throw gas on the fire.

Lol, he quoted the wrong location and all the replies were about that. (It was a rally in Texas, not Florida) Literally pages as if that the location was the point.

...no, he claimed a photo of a bigger rally from last year was a rally from last week. But I'm sure its just a one off incident-

None of those, not even the mistaken repost by Eric Trump are comparable to the Mainstream Media camera play at Hillary speeches.

Ah, right, the Mainstream Media(tm). My apologies, I didn't see the tinfoil.

Carry on.

Why is this thread about Hillary now? @.@

@Topic: What is it with BLM bullying people who did nothing wrong out of power (or trying to at least)? Its like, scapegoats aren't supposed to work like that... Isn't labeling a specific person "the problem" sort of against the point of BLM?

Okay, you have to admit that was a stretch just for a slam at BLM. Its not like they're protesting against unrelated people that are just minding their own business. Nevermind the media narrative issue we were discussing above. And "bullying" people out of power? Really? If you could "bully" people out of power in America it wouldn't have half the problems it does to begin with.

No, I don't really think its a stretch. We've largely seen it at universities with several BLM groups bullying presidents and staff to resign, which I've always thought made no sense. Now we see here a BLM group trying to bully a mayor and a police chief into resigning when I don't believe that they (or at least the mayor) actually did anything wrong.

Also, yes, bullying people out of power does work to some degree. Like I've said, we've already seen plenty of resignations at Universities. Its just a matter of how much bad PR they can take before either resigning or being pushed out (whether deserved or not).

Also, it wasn't really a dig at BLM (I mean, it kind of was. I do think this behavior is generally fairly silly). I just really don't understand the motive behind it. I don't see them really gaining anything if the president of a school resigns or some mayor steps down. It feels like they are creating scapegoats which is what the accused party often does to make a situation blow over.
