And the #1 reason not to vote for Hillary is very simple. A stacked DNC Triple Threat, which would give the Supreme Court a blank check for law.

Yeah with Justice Kennedy becoming a liberal the court would definitely be skewed in one ideological direction if Hillary won.

Well, that sucks. I really could've used something like that to pass. It's nearly impossible to get citizenship otherwise due to the existing laws. Thanks, President Bush.

No surprise here, only Congress can create immigration laws. While Obama has the right to prioritize some illegal immigrants over others for deportation he cannot grant them legal status and work visas. Only legislation can change that, and it seems the court agrees.

EDIT: Court split its decision. Seems like the Supreme court is nothing more than other branch of the legislature, way too political. There should be no Conservative or Liberal judges, but rather people looking at a law's constitutionality independent of their personal views. Wish there was a way we could change this
