I'm just saying Miura said Berserk is close to being Shoujo himself.

Meh I don't see it. It's not fluffy and adorable enough!!

Sorry if I offended you, though. Nothin' but love xoxo

How could that possibly offend me? Seriously though read his interview.
If the author see his work at Shojo who am I to argue?

I usually read /prefer Josei manga. But, Shoujo is good as well.

Here we go~

Dawn of the Arcana
Kamisama Kiss
Dengeki Daisy
Love So Life
High School Debut

Extra one: Immortal Rain. Even though it may seem different than the usual shoujo, it did run in a shoujo magazine making it a shoujo manga. I loved this series quite a lot. It started slow however things got pretty exciting in the end.

Lately, I'm in love with My Love Story!! and I'm eagerly reading every available volume.

SA: Special A
Maid-Sama
Kare Kano
Taiyou no Ie
Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu

(Note: If Ore Monogatari ends well, it'll shoot to the top of that list).

In no particular order...
Kamisama kiss
Natsume's book of friends
Ouran high school host club
Lovely complex
Orange

I would also say NANA but i think that leans more towards being in the Josei genre.

Dengeki Daisy - interesting premise with comedy and drama
Orange - interesting, different premise
Black Bird (this one is a bit adult) - interesting premise with fantasy
Red River (a bit adult as well) - interesting premise as well with history and fantasy
Kimi Ni Todoke - very refreshingly written

i have read way too much shoujo manga over the years, and i've gotta say those 5 are the ones that have stood out to me the most.

Haha I just didn't want you to think I was making fun of you earlier. I just have a goofy sense of humor....That's true! We can't argue with an artist's vision.

Yeah I was going to list NANA as well, but that's what I thought. I haven't read the Orange manga, but I just started the anime and I'm obsessed!!! Lovely Complex and OHSHC are classics <333

I remember when Kimi ni Todoke first came out, and I was thinking how amazing it was. Now it's become one of the most popular shoujo of all time. So happy for its success! I'd probably like Red River since I love Fushigi Yugi.
