Hello Crunchyroll!

I am a HUGE fan of animation, not just anime...I watch EVERYTHING!

Since the days of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the first cartoon I can recall going absolutely mental for), animation has been a huge part of my life...

So my topic of discussion for the day is this:

"What sites, blogs, and channels that are related to animation (not just anime) do you frequent and recommend to others?"

I'd love to see recommendations that not only cover stuff currently airing, but classics as well...

I'd also like to hear recommendations that include adult animation as well
(like South Park and Rick and Morty, to name a few)

Sites, blogs and channels of stellar animators are also welcome...
(those in the business and those who's futures look promising...)

Pretty much anything and everything animation related... I love the product, the process, and the creative minds behind it all!

Thanks guys, can't wait to see what you recommend!

No one has anything to add?

Really?

That's a shame....

It is, because I don't actually really go to many other sites. I definitely don't particularly recommend any. Oh. Netflix, maybe.

Blast. Have to think about this.

Sites I gone to I can't mention on here. I would break the rules. Those sites are one of the reason why I brought some of my anime. I haven't been on Funimation much but when I am I trend to watch the older animes like Tenchi.

If you are looking for recommendations, Over the Garden Wall was a fantastic animated mini-series if you haven't seen it.

I think the term you're missing for yourself is "Sakuga." It's what fans of animation (most notably Japanese styled animation), refer to themselves as since it literally means "animation" in Japanese. There's this website wholly dedicated to sakuga called sakugabooru.com .

You should check it out sometime. Besides that, you could check out Kiss Cartoon because they have American animations as well.

Just to set the record straight, I'm not looking for other streaming sites or download sites, just sites that discuss animation and celebrate the fandom...

For example, I like watching Stuff with Scout Fly's animation related videos (it's how I found out that some of my favorite CN shows were ending..), and I frequently check out Rob Sugar's channel to see new Steven Universe and Adventure Time related stuffs. I browse different tumblr pages, too....
