Is it true broccoli is baby cauliflower and cauliflower is all white because it's dead broccoli.

They taste quite similar but if I had to pick I'd pick Broccoli cause it's generally cheaper where I buy it. Although I do like the different colors Cauliflower can have and that beautiful romanesco cauliflower with it's fractal appearance.

but if i had to choose... broccoli would be it. it was one of 2 vegetables i would eat growing up

Why not both? not a vegetable I don't like, heap it on a sunday roast, use the juices in the gravy, spot on meal

I don't really like either, but the leafy part of broccoli is disgusting, and cauliflower is ok. So cauliflower I guess. Cucumber is far superior to either of these

Hmmm Its been too long since I have eaten either to say XD

But both with cheese and rice sounds good to me
