Is this thread suppose to be a joke or...? The President can propose laws, veto laws issued by Congress, and select candidates for the Supreme Court (which is especially important this time since the court is in a 50/50 split). And even then, the President is the face our country and can shape our diplomatic relations with other countries, like how Obama restored relations with Cuba.

One of the reasons that people are paying closer attention to this election is the fact that someone's gotta replace Scalia in the Supreme Court.

If Trump wins, there's a good chance that all of those laws that bought on LGBT rights, keep abortion legal and other rights will be demolished, not to mention that most of our relations with other countries would be over too(well, maybe not the UK because of Brexit)...and vice versa if Hillary wins(liberal judge/everyone has their rights blah blah blah). Basically, whomever winds up in the Supreme Court would be a huge influence on future decisions in the United States.

DISCLAIMER: Random Political Rant

Has nobody ever seen South Park? Or is everyone too simple minded to see the truth of whats happening in this country?
We almost literally have a Giant Douche and a Turd Sandwich running and people are still taking this seriously.

We have the Turd Sandwich who knows how to troll the Douche into acting like the raving looney he pretends not to be, because she learned Gamesmanship during a term as Secretary of State, and that's what you do at the negotiation table.

Vote for the player, not the playable.
