Or decrease the drinking age to 18-19 like the majority of the world.

I never understood the drinking age here in the states being 21. It's such an odd number (no pun intended). Even Canada has a lower drinking age.

We can thank MADD for that.

Personally I think birth control should be mandatory, and a licence required to have children lmao. Seriously, you need a licence to drive, own a gun, sell insurance, ect... But bringing a child into the world and proving you can care for it requires zero qualification...... Hell you can't even sell a hot dog on the street without a licence smh.

Actually I remember when they made the drinking age 21 back in the '80s it was due to prom night fatatialities. First they tried 19years old but as those 19yo kids would buy booze for their former class mates, they then raised it to 21, assuming there would be at least a 3 year gap between highschool seniors and legal adults. This in the hope that it would prevent former class mates buying booze for "minors"

How many of those are accidental pregnancies and how many are actual bad decisions

Um, none of them are accidental as I know them fairly well. Is this your way of trying to defend teen pregnancy?

Uh

Accidental ones are even worse IMO

Why do you defensively make everything into a darn argument

It was the way you worded it. It seemed like you were trying to defend something, not my fault you came off as such.

I am all for society truly based on law and order but micromanaging even the concept of marriage is such a stupid idea. Ya can't just paint every single human being with the same brush even I know that. I think the OP needs help, the expensive professional kind ya know.

more than that, I think there should be a age limit on when you can have kids,

nothing wrong with having many kids. good christian families want to bring life to the world. Its not selfish i think to share it with others ^^

I mean except the world is already overpopulated as is..People need to start waiting until they are 25+ to have kids. Starting to think more than 2 should be illegal in heavily populated countries as well. I'd be willing to even make it 1 per family. Right now i'm trying to be nice. At the rate we kill the planet though..might have to ban having kids globally for 50 years or something. Have a WW3 minus the nukes. Reduce that surplus.

I don't frequent this section of CR much, but I'm noticing a trend with the kinds of threads the OP makes, and I'm wondering why anyone would take him seriously.
