Episode 12 (Finale)
And so it ends with Shiori going on a long trip alone over winter break, and one last conversation with Sawako about books, this time talking about Dylan Thomas and John Steinbeck. That was a nice way to end this as those smiling tangerines are really cute. So with that, it's back to school and more Sawako-style reading.
For only three minutes a week, this show had enough amusement and good characters to make watching this short worthwhile. The jokes are funny, and learning bits and pieces about famous authors are nice takeaways from this show. That said, the humor is pretty repetitive while Sawako's antics can get unbearably annoying at times. But in all, it's not a big commitment and as such, I'm satisfied with what I got in regards to expectations.
