Wings are the most useful.
They break scribblenaughts.

i don't have to get rid of one I hope but of the choices probably horns, a tail might get in the way and I don't want to imagine how much I'd need to do to keep wings nice and clean

I'd assume it is public knowledge that people can acquire different animal appendages, otherwise there would be a lot of awkward explaining to people why I suddenly have a tail. Also I want the tail to be authentically part of my body as if I was born with it and have full control and sensation, and will even heal if injured.

I didn't choose wings despite their convenience for transportation and really fun. The reason for this is that in order for them to make me capable of flight, they'd also have to be really big. While I'm not flying that seems like a big hassle to lug around, wash and worry about damaging them (I'm really clumsy).

Wings, obviously.

Wings flying would save on travel time.

None of the above, and since a lot of people ITT are choosing "wings", let me explain the deal with those:

Even the biggest wings you've ever seen on a cool-looking angel or demon or whatever type of winged humanoid are not actually nearly big enough to fly. Actually realistic ones would look "unrealistic" in their hugeness, because humans can't intuitively grasp the square-cube law.

So, if you choose "wings", you either get;
a) a totally useless decorative appendage that gets in the way a lot because they're still like a 4-metre wingspan and good luck folding those up, wearing a suit, ever not being embarrassed by your useless wings because you can't hide them, etc.

b) a functional appendage that's so freakin' huge that when you're on the ground it leaves you basically disabled, good luck fitting through doors, travelling in anything smaller than the back of a truck, etc.

Yes, none of these options work in the human genome, hence why we don't have them. You'd need hollow bones or something as a humanoid to fly, otherwise the muscles needed to lift your weight would need to be anchored to a breastbone meters long.

I'm guessing most people picked based on the assumptions "They work" and "It doesn't make you a freak in a lab".
