Episode 4

After last weeks episode Suzuko and Hana learn what happens when you lose all coins but aren't to certain on this. They decide to gather more information about this and Hana find out about a bookmaker that should know more. when meeting the bookmaker turns out his not the bookmaker they thought he was and instead sets up selector battles. He sets up a match between Sumida and Chinatsu just so that he can get the joy of seeing people suffer from the pain of the battles. especially if it's between Chinatsu and Suzuko who turn out to be his new entertainment right now. The girls finally meet and after Chinatsu's battles the result of the battle are true the LRIG does take over the loser's body.

They made it really easy for the LRIG to take over someone this time around as winning battle after battle was hard in the first series. Also it looks the bookmaker is this series Ulith as he enjoys the pain and suffering from selectors about to lose their last coin. It's still to early but I wonder who is behind the new selector battles? it has to be someone that already knew about them. unless Mayu is at again?

Caught up. Chinatsu and Suzuko met up again a little faster than I expected, but it's clear that not all's well. And the Bookmaker's certainly. interesting, but I don't think he's the main villain. I think the gap in the mystery is what the LRIGs are supposed to do once they ... switch over, so to speak. That was clear-cut in the original Wixoss, but not so much here.

If you lasted this long without dropping this show, you're probably going to enjoy the rest. If you haven't been liking the plot by the end of this episode, stop watching immediately.

Ahem. It took 4 episodes but things really came together. The story by the end of the 4th episode traveled full-circle. We now know everything we need to know, but there's still those small details that keep things very interesting and leave you wondering what happens next. As expected, I'm loving the atmosphere the show creates for the characters. The way we get spooked or shocked is pretty amazing considering they seem to keep it "PG" level. I still don't like the way they seem to avoid going in depth for the actual battles. These quick battles that seem to last 3 turns are a total snoozefest, as if it was a game of 21 or something. Apart from that major flaw I'm liking this and plan on sticking with it til the end. Every time I hear the Doctor speak in phrases I can't help but imagine her trying to engage in a conversation with Chaika the Coffin Princess.

Episode 5

Their friendship sure has fallen far seeing that Chinatsu sees Suzu as just something she doesn't need, and now Chinatsu has decided that erasing her friendship with Suzuko is what she wants when she wins the game. But that won't come against Shou as he just refuses to battle seeing that he hurt somebody in doing so. Meanwhile, Suzuko and Hanna do battle, and due to Suzuko's unwillingness to fight, Hanna wins. The psychological warfare of the game continues as these characters are feeling out of it.

Episode 5

Suzuko finally meets Chinatsu and sees that she has changes a lot and that her goal is to get rid of the memories of her. We also get to see more on Shou who helps Chinatsu from some guys bothering her. We learned from him that you can survive the game after 90 days, but at the risk of losing half of your memories. We also get some background on Hana and what memory she wants to get rid of. In order to do that she asks the bookmaker to set up a battle between her and Suzuko. She takes this battle to show Suzuko the need to battle for herself and to get another win so she can get that memory she wants erased. We also see that things get worse for Chinatsu as her father might have lost another job or don't have the money to pay for her college. Things just get worse for her.

Man, Chinatsu has turned into quite cold person. Poor Suzuko. I personally got slighty scared when she shouted at the start.

I really want to be sympathetic to Suzuko, but Hanna's got a valid point: She's stuck in this now, and, if she wants anything in her situation to change, she's got to fight for it. Meanwhile, I'm wondering who Chinatsu gets to fight next.

I wish Chinatsu was the MC, her story and motivations look infinitely more interesting than Suzuko's. I don't know maybe it's just me that I can't stand people like her.

Yeah this is largely my take as well. Chinatsu is definitely a little overboard on the "cold bitch" side of things but her plot is infinitely more interesting than Suzuko's. Plus, yeah, as overboard as Chinatsu goes, Suzuko is probably even worse but in the opposite direction.

Episode 6

So Chinatsu's new job is for the bookmaker, and she's showing that she's the right person for the job to make matches. In comes Rio who wants to win this game to change her memories of her mom being dead getting roped into the bookmaker's business. Down to just one coin left, Suzuko is matched up against Chinatsu by her request, and she's totally helpless against Chinatsu's coin bet move Berserk that doesn't allow her to do anything but attack. But the battle gets interrupted by an outsider, thus she is saved for now. Chinatsu sure has gone insane, and it's easy to see why when so many things around her life have gone wrong. That battle is a wake-up call for Suzuko seeing that there's still hope to regain her lost friendship.

Episode 6

Chinatsu is now working for the bookmaker and is recruiting other selectors for him. she even went so far to beat someone who had to coins so that when they lost they had no choice but to join. We also see Suzuko and Hana run into each other but after the battle they haven't been speaking to each other. Since Suzuko has one coin left the bookmaker lets Chinatsu know of this and challenges her. The battle was horrible as Suzuko didn't want to fight her friend and intended to lose. Chinatsu mad at this forces her to battle using her coin ability and it works for the first time, but the second one is able to fight the coin ability power. The outcome ends with someone interrupting the battle and they have call it quits for now. Suzuko gets some advice from her LRIG that she can save Chinatsu so lets see how it goes from here?

She is... they both are obviously...

Chinatsu's kind of a douche though. Can't really blame Suzuko though. Honestly most people would act that way if they were in her position.

Oh yes, Chinatsu has her faults too and in this last episode they clearly showed that.
