I'm trying to become Japanese, and they say that you can become Japanese if you watch enough anime. Apparently, there is an Pro Japanese Life Equation Where Watching certain anime will turn you Japanese, with Madoka being one of them.

What else do I need to watch?

You need to watch as many anime as AnimeKami and Stark combined, including the classics like Cory in the House, Boku no Pico, and American Idol. Then you wait for One Piece to finish. After all of that, Japan will officially acknowledge you as one of their own.

^This... Especially, Cory in the House, the masterpiece of masterpieces
I leave the op here if you're interested!

Cory in the House is beautiful. It is a masterpiece of loneliness and devastation, of lost hope and lost love, of children who are forced to grow up too fast, of men who are too fond of playing god.

There are no heroes in Cory in the House, nor are there villains.
There are only humans, misguided and mistaken, yet righteous and justified.
They make mistakes, they choose correctly, they lose, they win, they live, and they die.

One cannot understand others, because it is not possible to understand one's self, and if you cannot understand yourself, you who knows the most about you, how could you understand another?

No, one cannot understand others, no matter how much we might want to, because we are humans, and humans are fallible.

We cannot understand others.

But that doesn't mean we can't try.

I'm not sure. Maybe you should ask The Vapors

I've closed this because it's more of a nonsense personal vanity thread than legit discussion.
