ill just explain this once and for all, anime originated from japan. NO reason america should be making them. its like where to find good pizza, italy. THE place where it starts should be where its made.

Dude, in Italy they consider pizza to be a poor people food. And the pizza you're familiar with is an American invention... just like fortune cookies. XD

acutally ive tried italain pizza, its much better. american pizza is quite greasy and fatty

I don't agree with that at all. Just because it was made there doesn't mean it has to be kept there. Why can't everyone enjoy it? That goes the same for technology but I don't hear anybody complaining about that and saying that whoever made this gadget better, needs to make sure it stays there and not be given to anybody else to use. Everyone uses everybody's resources. I think we should all be able to enjoy it and try it out. Not that I watch any American anime because I prefer Japanese but still. Let them do what they want

anime has much cultural background in it. In my opinion it works better that way

creak

lol, if you were really from Japan, I have a feeling your sentences would be less grammatically correct (for a 13 year old anyway)....
...
er...
well your sentences look like they're unaided by translators at least ¬_¬;;

and plus...
"other states than Japan?"
I don't ever recall Japan ever being a state ¬_¬
it's a country... near Asia...

*goes back to lurk mode*

i agree... LOL... japan not a state... when i am 13 yrs. old, i don't recall having misspelled the word released... maybe just typographical error on her/his part...

Ok, I'll give you that... but I'm sure good anime will come out of the U.S. sooner or later, it just needs to become a little more main stream first.

Okay, no offense, but if you don't know enough english to even be able to read the forum rules then maybe you shouldn't be posting in them, none-the-less creating threads in it. I'm really not trying to be mean, I"m just saying...

'none the less' means 'no matter' (or something along the lines of that)
do u mean "much less"?
sry, i just found it kinda amusing that u were talking bout her lack of knowledge in the english language then make the mistake of using a word in the wrong sense (i can't resist irony ^^)
im not trying to be mean tho.. im just saying...

True, that's the very reason I chose not mention Avatar. Don't get me wrong I do enjoy watching that series, but it does seem to lack something... fundamentally 'anime'.

Hi there im an anime luvr but i always wonder why can't just USA make their own animes i mean all animes come from japan but it's not fair.Just because japan has a numerous of animes doesn't mean that they can have the best shows..i mean i hate all shows that show is USA ....what about u?

you're 13 years old. Thats why your lack of intelligence doesnt surprise me.
first of all, wrong section
second of all ever heard of "avatar the last air bender"? WICKED show, not to mention its american.
and lastly you failed. go outside and play

Western animators DO IT WRONG! Remember "Teen Titans?" And if the US did produce more anime (if you can call it that) it would just be more crap made on Toonami you wouldn't want to watch.

Also, we would never make "real" anime because only a small minority of people would watch it compared to Japan. Japanimation just isn't our blood, its an acquired taste, a fandom, and largely viewed as dorky. Especially considering that Naruto is currently the most popular anime in America (what a disgrace...)
