Someone did it on Madden and won.

But can they do it in real life?

These madden sim videos get ridiculous. I can't believe that has half a million views, and these kids make money doing this. To answer the question though: there is absolutely no way a team of all NBA players could beat the Broncos.

In a game of football? No... who would they use as linemen? They'd be vanquished on every play.

Huh? That's like asking if pro wrestlers can beat a hockey team. They're not trained for the sport. I doubt even the basketball Olympic dream team could beat the worst team in the NFL. And the best football team wouldn't be able to beat the worst NBA team at basketball. Can an Olympic gymnast do ballet without any training?

There is a lot of overlap actually. In high school and even in college players can play both sports. It's more likely a football team could beat a basketball team at their own sport. They have less restrictions without pads and helmet. They'd just need to be careful not to foul out. Basketball players on the other hand wouldn't be able to take the hits in a football game and they wouldn't be able to match the strength of a 300lb lineman who's only only job in life is to fuck your shit up.
