Create smoke so you can claim there's fire. Welcome to politics. Or do you really think if we have just one more Benghazi hearing then this time we'll get to the Real Truth(tm) for sure? Going after Clinton over and over is far more about politics and poll numbers than any genuine concern for justice.

If the GOP had spent even a fraction of the time on vetting Trump that they do obsessing over Clinton we wouldn't be in this mess. >.>

You've never seen Galaxy Quest?! Oh man.

A good guy but utterly oblivious and functions on the mental level of a Walmart toaster.

What the FBI Director ignored, as no intent is necessary:

18 U..S.Code Sec. 793(f)

(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

This is crystal clear and inarguable under the law. Hillary Clinton and many of her aides are all unindicted felons. If elected, she should be immediately impeached.

Literally, 15 seconds to find the left leaning CNN even admits she destroyed evidence, with a hammer no less. Or can you think of a good legal reason, a state department would take a hammer to subpoenaed evidence?

Whether or not you think she is the better candidate, there is zero doubt what she did was illegal and disqualifying. Honestly, liberals should be the ones causing an uproar about it, if they got Hillary removed your precious Sanders pretty much has the white house keys in pocket.

Actually, its totally arguable under law because it already has been argued under law and was ruled on by the supreme court in 1941. Who ruled that Sec 793(f) requires intent not gross negligence. Otherwise the law would be so vague as to be unconstitutional. So Comey did in fact read and apply the law correctly.

Regardless of what the armchair lawyers on TV tell you.

Sure can! Employees of the State department are required to destroy old devices that are not going to be reused. Its part of the security policies.

If anything she didn't do a good enough job destroying them.

Do you not realize how broken your back is by the way you twist and turn to find answers and more so do you not just find it sad? Seeing how the information destroyed by hammers was SUBPOENAED, it was going to be reused, so that wrecks that very fragile farce. And in my time in the Navy we often had to dispose of classified material as well as devices that had received classified material, it was a process that required a lot of paperwork but oddly enough no hammers, you are delusion if you think classified material or device being destroyed by a hammer is any legal government process in any US department.

As for your "intent" comment, don't leave it to "armchair lawyers", here is a link to a career prosecutor walking us through the intent charge, try to ignore the FBI director testifying about the Mrs. Clinton's perjury, well I don't need to tell you to ignore it though.
