I have been reading a lot of Chinese fantasy/sci fi novels lately.

There are many novels that would make a great anime. I would love to see these 2 made into an anime

I have a Mansion in the Post-apocalyptic World

What? You were the president of a game development company before the war? You were responsible for the development of the 3D virtual reality online multiplayer game? Well, that’s great, why don’t you come work for me. The salary is two pieces of bread a day.

iPhone? Ultra thin design? Don’t you see that the phone I invented is thinner than a condom?

Aircraft carrier? Fighter jets? Oh, I have those things as well, but they are designed for space combat.

Watch the story of Jiang Chen, who possesses the ability to travel through space and time, as he witnesses the creation of an empire stretched across space and time...

World building and harem. MC gained access to technology 200 years in the future on a parallel Earth that was mostly destroyed due to nuclear war. This future Earth still have some technology that are many years ahead of the current world.

He will build an empire in both the current Earth and the other Earth.

I would actually love for all of Junji Ito's work to be animated, preferably in a fashion similar to Ghibli animation.

Dune would probably make a good anime. I started reading it and the main character is 15, is the son of a space aristocrat house, and I thought, "gee, this sounds like an anime"

Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria adapted by Shaft. It's been the highest rated light novel on MAL for years with no contest. The LN was unpopular among the Japanese audience for some reason but more popular among the Western audience. Given that it's been complete for over 2 years and its low popularity in Japan, there's close to a 0% chance of it ever getting an anime. The only reason it's not exactly 0 is because we have seen some unpopular manga/LN and also ones that have been finished for decades receive anime adaptations in recent years.

The only potential issue would be that HakoMari is told in a way that would make it extremely difficult to animate. Shaft is most likely the only studio that could perfectly capture the psychedelic visuals and unconventional narrative similar to how they do Monogatari. Other than Shaft, the only other studio I can imagine with even a fraction of the chance of success as Shaft would be White Fox since they've already got some experience animating psychological time loop stories like Steins;Gate and Re:Zero. Maybe Madhouse too, at least for the high budget animation.

I want to see Yokohama Shopping Log get a better anime adaptation by KyoAni or something. Also Yotsuba to! I don't care if the author says it wouldn't work as an anime, more people in the West need to know about it.

Tekken Chinmi (a newer one, yeah I know this won't happen)
Crows
Birdmen
Dr. Stone and Yakusoku no Neverland (I'm sure these will come but hopefully sooner rather than later, and by Bones and Wit/Shaft/Madhouse/whatever-as-long-as-it's-not-a-bad-studio respectively)
20th Century Boys (obviously)
Vagabond (obviously)
Solanin (into a movie)
Rikudou

Oh but here's the absolute biggest request, a manwha, that I know will probably never happen.

I NEED A TOWER OF GOD ANIME *ahem* yeah

Gyo. Well, anything by Junji Ito, really. There's a series on the way out featuring his work, but I don't know whether CR is getting it.

I'm reading this novel now and it would make a very wicked anime. So many LOL.

The MC got transported into another world.
He gained a cool system.
Hilarity ensues.

I already said "Cirque du Freak", so... can I say a song? https://youtu.be/GuB1cphMOko?t=2m1s< this one. They need to make a great animated music video of this song.

Also, theatre? I'd really like to see a bunch of directors make a bunch of anime films based on Shakespeare plays.

And musicals in general. I'd love to see anime studios do more musicals.
