Hmm, this might be interesting depending on a few things. Would definitely need to add more series, also not so common ones. Are they going straight from WNs or just using LNs? If it's WNs that could give a lot of underappreciated series a lot more exposer to the English speaking audience. There are a ton out there that are great but nobody has every heard of.

I ran into them once when reading the announcement on Seven Seas' website about the impending print releases. I thought I'd give their website a once-over.

I actually considered subscribing, but apparently once all the "parts" of a volume are released, you can't just read all the parts in a row anymore (which doesn't fly with me), and you either have to buy the digital volume from nook or be a Premium member and redeem points for what they call a "Premium E-Book". The problem is, according to the FAQ page, the files are .epub 3 only instead of .pdf and you gotta do some messing around with Kindle and some software I've never heard of for it to work.

Since only Grimgar and the smartphone series jumped out at me when looking at their current titles, I didn't think it would be worth it for me at this time.

ANNCast just did an interview with Sam Pinansky, the founder (formerly of Anime Sols). About the first 10 minutes is a mini-post-mortem about Anime Sols, but the rest is mostly centered on J-Novel Club, and contains a fair amount of interesting industry info about licensing and things.
