That, and this whole "Amazon Video will have other original works for the West" thing? It was announced earlier this year if I'm not mistaken, and so far there hasn't been to many news on transitioning the shows to the West. I thought this could be the first step for Japanese toku shows getting some notice in the West, or at least allow us to stream some of them so we wouldn't have to rely only on fansubs that range from "iffy" to "why isn't this used for an actual translation" (which is good and all, but I do want to support these shows to watch more).

Hell, Ultraman is being streamed on Crunchyroll, Super Sentai is being streamed on ShoutFactory, what's stopping Toei from just releasing KR at this point? I don't get it. Does it have to wait for other shows to be sent all in one package or something? Or am I mistaken and misread/mis-remember those articles about KRA coming to Amazon Prime in the U.S.?

I have seen the topic, but I just don't know. I don't even watch Kamen Rider. I've been meaning to but a lack of time, lots of catching up to do and the fact that I'm still behind on Power Rangers Dino Charge all mean I probably wouldn't watch it even if it was released here. That being said I really hope it does get a release here. There's definitely a market for Tokusatsu style shows in North America.
