I drink myself into a larger gut. Doesn't help that I like to eat when I'm bored and never exercise.

It's fine to pig out once in a while as long as the rest of your week consists of a normal food intake and some exercise goes a long way. I try to be smart with what I buy so no giant jars of cheeseballs and party-size bags of cheetos. If you wanna have a bag of chips, go for it. Just don't wash it down with a bottle of soda and follow up with slices of cake. The problem lies not with the food item but with people not knowing when to stop. You see people order a salad from a fast food place, cover it with ranch dressing, top it with a fucking chicken, add a bag of croutons, sprinkle a fistfull of bacon bits, then have an XL Coke on the side..then they think they're eating healthy.

Yeah i was gonna say this. I like beer. I drink beer alot.
But i also sometimes eat more if iam trying to not drink any alcohol and am bored yet will pig out late night sometimes when i do drink alcohol.
I dont really exercise that much either. My job can be pretty fast paced and physical and i do like to go for walks, i try to go for regualr walks but i slack off at times and dont go for really long ones.
I do do some exercise like some sit ups and push ups, planking, squats, stretches and the like but that's more for my sore lower back. It's not a weight loss thing, just trying to strengthen my core.


But cant lie, i eat pizza and burgers and fried food alot. I eat meat alot. I drink booze and energy drinks alot. I eat chips n lollies and stuff too much as well. Especially now that iam trying to drink less often, tends to make me snack more.

And portion size, i've tried to get better at this but sometimes i really do pig out and eat large amounts in one sitting.

I used to be skinny like Snoop Dogg.

chips aren't worth it unless you have soda with it xD

i eat alot to cope with stress im fat 110kg but eh i exercise a ton 2 hours a day its just that i also drink that 1.25l soda a day to cope

I know my limits. While i may eat myself full, i've learned to endure hunger for many hours.

Eating gets my mind off things, but I don't really gorge myself in food when I'm having a bad day.

I usually skip meals and try to sleep it off
