Yeah i was gonna say this. I like beer. I drink beer alot.
But i also sometimes eat more if iam trying to not drink any alcohol and am bored yet will pig out late night sometimes when i do drink alcohol.
I dont really exercise that much either. My job can be pretty fast paced and physical and i do like to go for walks, i try to go for regualr walks but i slack off at times and dont go for really long ones.
I do do some exercise like some sit ups and push ups, planking, squats, stretches and the like but that's more for my sore lower back. It's not a weight loss thing, just trying to strengthen my core.


But cant lie, i eat pizza and burgers and fried food alot. I eat meat alot. I drink booze and energy drinks alot. I eat chips n lollies and stuff too much as well. Especially now that iam trying to drink less often, tends to make me snack more.

And portion size, i've tried to get better at this but sometimes i really do pig out and eat large amounts in one sitting.

I used to be skinny like Snoop Dogg.

Can't be as bad as american portion size, I walk 30 minutes going and leaving from work, I walk for another hour just before going home. Listening to music really helps, I don't think I can just aimlessly walk for two hours not listening to anything.

But that's just me, I love walking so much that I spend my lunch break just walking for an hour, people think I'm crazy.

I guess iam tall and i used to be a stoner and was so dam skinny and i listen to Snoops music and of course Snoop is tall and a stoner and skinny as so it seemd like a good example and comparison lol

Yeah iam guessing you're right there. I guess i used to go out and eat with work mates alot and we'd go all out. We'd order way too much food and it would be like a banquet.
And sometimes when i go out and eat meals with freinds we'll do the same sort of thing, like order appetisers and lots of mains to share and that and it's too much food. But i dont order desert very often.
Plus i will often get way too much food delivered to my house because you have to spend a minium amount to get delivery. So when its just me here i'll get shit loads of food arrive. Although i usually try and get multple meals out of it.
Pretty rare i go to all you can eat places at least.
Even when me and my mates BBQ we often cook way too much food. But left overs are good i guess.


yeah i like walking. Music is a good idea, if not a tad dangerous, if you're walking around traffic i mean.
I think that scenery is important for motivation. I dont live near the occean or that close to any good park lands or walking trails or anything.
I think that's why my walks aren't for all that long. My job is way too flat out and on your feet to want to walk during a break. And my breaks are not long enough either.
But walking to and from work would be good for weight loss and fitness. I start work way too early to do it. I do live close enough to work though.
When my brother lived closer to the city we would sometimes bus or train in to town and there is a really nice walking and riding trail(s) next to a lake/river and park lands and that.
And when i go visit my dad near the beach and the weather is nice i like going for a walk along the beach.
