My ratio 40 - 60 latter being typos which mostly occur writing things too rapidly... Even though writing words you've only heard will in most cases end up with misspelled orthography (assuming there is one standard anymore). To coo no more. Disregard any nonsense.

When it comes to internet things like chat and forums I don't even care about proper grammar let alone spelling and typos. It's not like it's all formal or anything.

Both come up very rarely for me. Typos and misspellings annoy the hell out of me so I've tried to avoid them as much as possible.

People who say 'oh, this is just a super informal format. It doesn't matter if there's mistakes' should be set on fire. Take the time to go back and correct your insidious errors and you'll benefit greatly, I think.

If I'm not sure how to spell a word, I usually google it before I post. I have pretty good muscle memory with keyboards, as well, so I tend to catch typos without thinking about it... but on mobile, I may as well be trying to type with my tongue for all the dexterity I have with a touch screen. And autocorrect makes it worse.
