Is anyone else able to use the Manga app for iPhone or iPad? Its been crashing on me every time I log in. I have tried everything on multiple devices but it still doesn't work. Every time I contact Crunchyroll Support I get the same response with no real answer or help. I wouldn't mind if there was a queue for Manga on the website like there is for Anime, but in most cases I have long lost my status on a number on series. I am a premium member.

I've moved this over to Manga Support.

There are a few threads there regarding people having problems with the app on iOS, but I don't think there's been a resolution of the problem. You might try contacting customer support (/contact to see what they say, though someone did report (3 days ago) in a couple of the threads that customer support had replied that they are still working on an update.

Thanks to another suffering user Vegangoth, we now find that using the "Puffin" browser with an iPad will let soured manga from the website. It does work and seems to be the only way to get what we are paying for.

Really glad to hear that the Puffin browser is working for you too, hopefully we won't have to use it for long.
