Having issue with watching Crunchyroll on my Kindle Fire. I have the app and have regularly watch on my kindle for some time, but over the last few days whenever I load up the app on my kindle and enter my queue it simply tells me that is can't load the queue and to contact support if this keeps happening. I've tried entering into any of the other submenus (like just the general anime one) but they all appear with the same message/problem. Anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix it?

Just started to have the same problem. Standard GoogleFu isn't returning anything useful yet.

I've also had this problem, started Friday and lasted all weekend - really annoying because the weekend is when I normally catch up on shows while doing my laundry. It won't show my queue - and it also won't show my history. However if I go into Anime and select a specific show - sometimes it will play that episode, other times I get a "We are preparing this video for you" message even on shows I've watched before.

Anyone find a solution to this yet - I mean other than the full on uninstall-reinstall Dansevilmonkey did?

I did find a different one, but it probably won't work for you because:

1) It's even more extreme than the above. Rooting your KF and replacing the Amazon OS with a real/generic Android O/S (cyanogenmod). In my case I went with 5.1, but 4.4 is also possible. Now I can install Google Playstore apps where I didn't even have that option before. (still occasional exceptions, though)

2) The specific solution I found and installed is only for 2012 and older Kindles, and it's kind of scary. You could turn your tablet into an unusable brick if something goes wrong. In my case, I didn't care, because Amazon has marked those older models as legacy and isn't providing any newer updates or versions for them, so lots of apps, which continually get updated using new version Android programming, won't even install on them anymore. And it took a bit of investigation and work to get the "generic android" versions of all the Amazon apps up and running on it afterwards, but it is possible to still be on Amazon Prime and not have to specifically use a Kindle.

Bottom line, don't lock yourself into a Kindle in the first place (unless they're so cheap you don't mind buying a new one every couple of years to keep up with Android O/S changes)... And, IMHO, tablets in general are mostly a waste now, because chromebooks with touchscreens can soon (or maybe even now) install and run Google Play apps, and those have USB ports if you want to save stuff offline. You can get some of them for half what I originally paid for my KF HD 8.9

But I get it, because I've been there. It's too late because you already have one. Hope you didn't pay way too much for it, like I did, when the KF came out...

Well I tried the uninstall - reinstall and it only worked temporarily. Ie. After the reinstall I was able to get to my queue and watch 2 episodes one of two different shows and then it suddenly went into the "loading" spinny circle and then gave me the error message again only this time it's not just my queue and history, now I can't even bring up the anime episodes or anything. It's annoying because I am on the road a lot and use my kindle primarily for watching Crunchyroll.

I just installed the app yesterday (with sideloaded Google Play) but not used it yet. Now tried it, but while it loads my Queue just fine, it is unable to play any videos - clicking on a video in my queue just does the circle waiting icon forever, and from other places not even that comes up.

Edit: This morning I uninstalled all 4 Google apps I had previously sideloaded (Services, Account Manager, Play Services, Play) , and I don't know if that's what fixed it or not, but CR App plays videos just fine now!

Manga app complains about missing Google Play, but still starts up, and is now missing the Guide option but is otherwise same as before (bugs and all.)
