Is that the lyrics? I can, sort of, sound out Romanji, but I can't even come close to even knowing if this is the lyrics, or if it's just some information on the music.

Just copy/paste the Japanese lyrics into Google Translate. It's not perfect, but it should give you a sense of the meaning at least. The first line:
