Cook Potatoes
Put them in a saucepan with water and some "salt!", on full heat.
When it starts to boil you adjust it to middle heat, so it will boil calmly.
Leave the potatoes for about 30 minutes... You can use a toothpick on
a potato to feel if they are finnished, like not raw in the middle...
The time depends a bit on how big the potatoes are,
but I'd say 30 min for normal potatoes.
People say it's more healthy too eat potatoes that've been
cooked with the peel on btw...

Macarones
Boil up water with some salt on full heat, when it's boiling you add
the macaronees... leave it to full heat or just decrease it a little.
The macaronees shall be boilded lively for 8-10 minutes.
Just pick up a macaronee too taste if it's decent...
When done, remove the water, put the macaronees back to the saucepan,
then I use to add some butter to the macaronnes, they will get more slippery
and will easier not stuck to the saucepan and will taste even a little better imo

Meat
Most meat can be easy made by simply do following:
Add some butter to the frying pan on full heat, when the butter
have melted, decrease the heat to middle heat. Now you add the
meatpieces to the frying pan. Add some salt and pepper to both
sides of the meat... You can of course use other spicies ...
Remove a piece and cut it to see if it's well done.
Remember to only use plastic tableware in your frying pan,
else you will destroy it and make it loose some unhealthy chemicals.
So just use plastic stuff in it and it's all ok...
Also remember to only use the dish brush when cleaning hte frying pan.
Anyways, when the meat is done,,, it's done

That's like the basics I know...
I don't know how to make own sauce yet...
So I'm currently going with bought sause to just cook up...
Hope this somehwat helped you or someone..
Peace

The easiest thing I know how to cook is stirfry, because you can change it however you like, whenever you like. You can use pretty much anything you want. I use vegetables like broccoli, kimchi, carrots, snow peas, bean sprouts, and red and green peppers and meat like chicken or beef. And you cant forget the sauce.

PREPARING ~
1. Chop all your ingredients (about 2 cups)(broccoli into little heads, green and red peppers lengthwise, or however you like)
2. Chop some garlic, ginger, and green onions (about 2-3 tablespoons) (or white onion and garlic, if thats all you have)
3. Chop the meat (about 1 cup)(into bitesized pieces, long or in cubes)
4. Make a sauce (about 1 cup). You can mix soy sauce, a little water, a LITTLE corn starch (to make it thicker), sugar, and any other compatible sauce ingredients you have availabe. Don't over do it. :S

COOKING~
5. Heat the pan (on medium-high) and add cooking oil, let it heat until a drop of water will splatter in the oil
6. Add the garlic, ginger, and green onion. Cook for 5 seconds
7. Add meat, let beef cook until browned (or if its chicken, cook until its white) stirring lightly and turning every so often
8. Add the vegetables, cook for about 3 mins (stirring every so often)
9. Add the sauce, even out the ingredients into one layer, turn down the heat - cover for about 5 mins
10. Open and serve over rice

I hope I helped!! Xo I upload pics later (when I make some)

the easiest thing i made when i first really started cooking (excludes making rice, fried eggs etc XD) by myself..when i was around 10 i think (i think that's when i started cooking without any assistant..lol) i found that cookies were easy to make coz as long as you measure all the ingredients right and the oven is right (+timer) it turns out good~~ nxt step u can try a muffin coz muffin's require folding so that it is fluffy instead of flat~~ but cookies should be fine if u just mix all ingredients together~~ =]

I gotta say you're best bet is spaghetti.

1.) Boil water

2.) Add noodles, stir

3.) Drain and add sauce

The time you boil the noodles will determine whether you get from crunchy to mushy noodles, but it's always edible... unless you completely forget about them.

2 -prepare ingredients..

3 - Mix ..Mix ..Mix

4- and wait for the results ..

5- keep the place neat so that u dont feel stressed out
