I need to vote. I wasn't going to, but I think I should at least take this opportunity to pencil in Neil Patrick Harris.

Or as I put it, it's like choosing between Red Skull or Darkseid for President.

I don't have to deal with Obamacare. I have VA benefits for life. I'm about to have health care through my job. And, my entire family will be taken care of it through that, too.

But, I think Obamacare was one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. "There's all these countries providing free health care (taxes aren't actually higher in these places, they just spend money better). BUT.... Nah, that's not our style. How about we force people to pay insurance companies, who's main concern is making money. We're also going to disallow companies to negotiate medicine prices, so that those get stupid high cost. WHAT could go wrong?"

Obviously, the Affordable Care Act isn't so cut and dry, but damn, it WAS stupid.

Going to be glad when we just learn to manage money and start providing healthcare outright, like almost EVERY other first world country.
