Just trying to watch some haikyuu. My video freezes at the exact same spot every time at 18:01. Even if I skip past that part it still freezes. When it freezes it puts the white video playback line back at the beginning of the player but the picture is the scene at 18:01.

Things I have tried: refreshing browser window, restarting browser, clearing the cache, different browsers including Chrome, IE (no addons), Brave, Mozilla, restarting my computer.

None of these have worked. I encountered this problem once before a couple months ago but it let me skip past the part where it froze.

Please help

For the web player, each resolution is a separate video file.

For people who want to watch at a higher resolution, this doesn't seem like a "fix" Changing resolutions works because it's less of a workout for your computer to play an SD stream. Ever try to play 720 or 1080 on an older computer? It's a struggle for the video card.

In this specific instance, it was apparently because of a fault in the 480p file. As noted, once past that spot, even the 480p file worked fine again. If the PC and connection were up to 720p or 1080p, playing either of those would have likely had the same effect.

Anyway, it seems like the problems (for me) have gone away. I've successfully watched a 3 minute episode. Now to see if a full length episode gets by without a problem.
