Let me start by saying that the man in the video refers to black people as "blacks" and gay people as "gays."

Now, that sounds super offensive, but it actually isn't. His intention is not to demonize, insult, or separate, at all. He's not being a bigot, just not politically correct. SO, if you can over look his lack of PC word usage, please watch this video.

He basically discusses how we're all really them same. We're separated by class, not by race. He discusses a number of things I really think is worth hearing.

The only thing that I really disagree with is that our nation was founded on Christianity. I'm a Christian, but that's bullshit. Our country was founded on the free to CHOOSE if we are or are not Christian, or any other religious belief.

Other than that, it's pretty on point.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9-BLD754_8

I mean, this is exactly why we need to come together as a people. We're being told to take sides by the media. But, that's for the benefit of the establishment, the government, the rich mother fuckers controlling all of us. They don't want us to be one people.... because when that happens, these rich, controlling fucks are screwed.

Watch it. Think about it. Love each other. Let's be one people. Let's be the people of the United States of America.

And, one last thing, folks from other nations. We're not nearly as stupid as the media makes you think we are. We're really not, and it seems as if our media is deliberately painting a picture that America is full of dumbasses. We're not. I've honestly never met people as stupid as some of the jackasses I've seen on reality TV.

Come on guys, let's be THE people.

calling people black and gay are offensive ? (unless you are intetionally use it as an insult)

since calling people white is not offensive? asian? hispanic ?

when you provide a suspect description (beside gay) what will you provide to better describe a suspect by the way ?

the sjw and feminist can start whatever they want but i'll use the same words as before

interracial children that are stuck in between because of these hypocrites going around ranting on and on like this

this country is just white and black ? the other races don't even exists ?

well, i'm out.. i have a gaming session with my black friend coming up and then we are meeting up with my gay friend at Starbucks later around 3pm

we might join in one of those slut walk later in the day (if there's any here) -- they are offering a free show for the public + free hand on experience after all

gender equality at its best !

In other words, "I actually didn't read a fucking thing past the first sentence of what you wrote."

Dude, go back and actually read what I wrote. Fuck. People that read the first line in then make ignorant ass comments that don't even address the OP really piss me off.

Tribalism is a mix of race and class. It's where a person grew up, live, and spend their time. Separation comes from unwillingness to respect and engage with people of differing backgrounds.

As much as different communities give each other crap in the US, push come to shove I think most come together when they don't have the luxury of quarreling.

I did address other people.

The only purpose of saying that someone might be offended was to PREVENT people discussing it as if it was bigotry. Or discussing it at all. Because, while not PC, it was not bigotry either.

I wanted people to move past that and discuss the point.

And, you just commented on that.

I'm not triggered. I'm not offended.

I annoyed at massive stupidity.

I also like the word fuck. I like curse words. And there is actually not real argument for not using them here. At work? Sure. Facebook? Yeah, I keep it a little cleaner.

But here? I'll fucking talk how I feel.

I also think it's fucking hilarious that you fucking use ad hominem, rather than fucking addressing the fucking fact that you didn't fucking read the fucking OP, or give a fuck, and I fucking called your fucking ass on it.

That's fucking hilarious as fuck.

Almost as if people have different opinions and backgrounds, so they'll key onto the four or five things you talk about the video. And maybe not agree with you.

If I want to comment on a youtube video, I'll do that on youtube's comment section. *shudders* If you don't think you got your point across, it might be a good idea to clarify it yourself rather than relying on everyone watching a video and thinking the same thing you do.

Eh. Your post came closer to addressing OP than anyone else's.

"That's hot." and bringing up something not only NOT addressing OP, but something that I deliberately tried to avoid, is not addressing OP.

But, It's fine. I don't expect most people to know what the fuck they are talking about, anyway.

What I gathered from this video was that it was an appeal to black people that they ought to be more sympathetic to US conservatism and an attempt to vilify liberalism. The discussion is framed around this SNL sketch, which McInnes says supports his views:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7VaXlMvAvk

Over the course of this video McInnes does the following:

I'm not particularly floored by this video, I'm sorry to say. It looks pretty much like stock standard Republican talking points to me, with the twist being that it's an attempt to convince black people that they're Republicans and don't even know it. Because trying to convince people that their concerns aren't real and that they don't actually disagree with you on matters they have clearly indicated they do isn't treating people like "pets", apparently.

I personally use black and African American interchangeably.

As for calling people gays, eh, who cares. It's not like he's using the word that starts with an f and is probably not forum appropriate to describe gay people.

As for this nation being a christian nation, it's not. A lot of founding fathers wanted to embed Christianity into the constitution, but eventually the "freedom of religion" clause was agreed upon.

I think some of the founding fathers may have fought against an official religion because maybe they thought Christianity would be outdated, but I don't have any evidence for this, so eh.

edit: I personally hate dividing people into groups. I'm a pretty neutral person politically and don't have trouble understanding the point of view of the other side most of the time. It's why I dislike listening to the news: because it's either liberally biased or conservatively biased.
