You've got sugar added to pasta? Is this dried pasta you're talking about? That tinned stuff or chilled stuff will have too much in it. Dried stuff shouldn't really have that at least dried pasta sold in the UK isn't likely to have refined sugar added to it. Oh and making pasta is fun but fiddly without a pasta roller.

I used to love eating spaghetti with a fork. Lately I've switched to spoons, I just found it much easier.

I usually use chopsticks with anything that involves noodles. But I like twirling my spaghetti with a fork. I also like to put sugar and hot sauce in my spaghetti

Have you tried looking for natural or organic pasta? Those shouldn't have refined sugar, or sugar at all, in them, and they certainly wouldn't have any of the gross food preservatives. Especially, like someone else said, if you're going for the dried kind of pasta. I don't know what kind of pasta you've been looking at, but most of the dried pasta in America is just the pasta ingredients with not much added to them.
