Well if it's a dream you don't wake up from, it's real, I got it from a song

What if dreams aren't actually dreams but dreams are us waking up for a moment only to fall back asleep shortly after and we forget those dreams but those dreams were reality so that means we keep forgetting everything that is really happening and we just keep living in our real actual dream dream world but then one day when we die we finally wake up for real and it's 2D heaven bliss reality

Right, the thing is you don't know if your dream is real or not, and at that situation it is best to stay with the flow. Such things are quite commonly used, for instance in Inception, or Matrix. But those are movies and with the characters knowing that the situation is unreal, else it's best to take the red pill and just party like crazy once in a while

A lot of people believe in god, ghost, UFO, etc...
So if you want to have a hope of the existence of this heaven, why not.

Some therories say that dead people go to a "personnal heaven".
This place could be a world created by the soul of the dead guy.
If this theory is right (I don't believe in life after the death ),
a dead Otaku create his own 2D heaven.

(Sorry for my bad English...)

Well, I would pray that by the time I get old a man made heaven would exist through mind uploading. UFO is really kind of far away. Ghost I'm not so sure. God probably wouldn't do anything. So right, this isn't life after death, but life extension right before death. I don't know how likely this would be

Ooh, baby, do you know what that's worth?
Ooh, heaven is a place on Earth!

To answer the first question: a lot of money. Bring many yens.
