So, I was browsing through some pictures of cosplayers and found one that made me creeped out but awestruck. I'm still wondering if this is a real person or this just professionally done Photoshop or something else. Either way it's creepy good.

The person in question is cosplaying a character from the film called Hotel Transylvania named Mavis

Whether you want to believe that the person is real or not is up to you, but you can not deny the fact that it's creepy good or just plain creepy.

So my question to you CR Users is: Have you ever seen a cosplay so good that it's scary?
Make up does wonders and possibly editing, I guess.

There may be a bit of photo shopping going on, but I can't really tell... Nice cosplay, though.

There has to be something with it though. It just doesn't seem normal to me even though it's a damn good cosplay. Maybe it's the makeup she wears or the editing.

You're telling me. My next cosplay is gonna be Kid Buu, meaning I will be walking around comic con all day with my scrawny torso covered only by pink body paint. It will be true to character, but not exactly eye candy.

Do you go all out when you cosplay or only go half way?

Well I did just say that I was intending to do a cosplay that involved me being partially naked, despite making it fairly clear that I'm not exactly 100% comfortable with my body, so you could definitely say I am going all out. For this one anyway.

That's easy for you to say, you still haven't had the misfortune of seeing me wearing it. Haha

I'm sure it will be fine. It doesn't have to be perfect just good enough. However some people are just too astounding at cosplaying that it's actually freaky. But I wouldn't concern yourself with them.

Since you're cosplaying Kid Buu, how are you going to make that thing that is on his head? The antenna thing.

The whole head part is gonna be a helmet type thing, my actual head will be concealed. It's not just cuz of the antenna, his whole face is just too round to match with mine. If I tried just doing it with makeup then it would look really uncanny. Like this guy.

Oh, a BIT--Cosplay is about as much Website Photoshoots as con appearances, and some embellishment is allowed when it's on the Net album or Facebook page.

Now, as to why anyone would cosplay Hotel Transylvania (besides the girl, that is)...
