My sister is pretty adverse to pervyness (nudity and the like) and too much violence. What are some anime I could watch with her?
She enjoy action, but she likes stuff like pride and prejudice.

Cerebral Science Fiction:
Steins; Gate

Chihayafuru - a cross between a sports anime (action) and a romance anime (the pride & prejudice requirement). The only thing close to pervyness I remember is a male student in the second series who makes several inappropriate requests of his female teacher and gets shot down every time - I think it is included solely for the comedic aspect. There is no nudity that I remember and I don't think they used the stereotypical beach or hot spring episode.

For serious drama:
Yona of the Dawn
Your Lie in April
Blue Spring Ride
Orange
Say I Love You

For Feelsy Family Drama/Slice of Life:
Non Non Biyori
Poco's Udon World
Sweetness and Lightning
Kanamemo
Locodol

For rom-com:
Girls Monthly Nozaki-kun
Saekano
Working/Wagnaria (and the www.working/www.wagnaria sequel)
Servant x Service
Nisekoi

For action/adventure/mystery/suspense:
Galilei Donna
Read or Die
Kindaichi Case Files Returns
Erased
Joker Game

To the best of my recollection they're all extremely light on either fan-service or violence if they have any at all and they're all here on Crunchyroll.

Perhaps she likes action and violence in the service of the plot versus action because we need to have a fight here of which there is an important distinction.

I can recommend:
Movies:
Any Studio Ghibli Movie
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time
Wolf Children
Summer Wars

Series:
Log Horizon
Soul Eater
Trigun
Card Captor Sakura
Big O
Angel Beats
Slayers
Fullmetal Alchemist
Puella Magi Madoka Magica
