If we are going to keep the draft, then yes, but I'd prefer we abolish it entirely. If a war is worth fighting there will be no shortage of volunteers. Heck, people were lying about their age in the States to get into the military during WWII.
Maybe we should further strengthen our actual national defense and stop wasting lives and money playing world police which only builds resentment and makes us less safe.

What ever women want, and as long as they agree that it is equal.

It would be more fair if they were drafted (gender equality and all that). Not saying that most women are going to be able to serve in the special forces or something like that, but it isn't super difficult for women to serve in branches of the military with more moderate requirements (example: the air force).

if men are drafted, women should too.

The draft shouldn't exist. The choice of going to war should be optional. If one desires to, the ones physically fit should be the ones actively on the front lines and the others should be allowed to choose civil service. There's no need to waste lives with the ones who can't handle it.

And what might have happened in WW1 and WW2 if there was no draft. The people who are unable to handle it don't get drafted.

The draft has to exist, what would happen if WW3 ever happens, troops are needed but there is no draft, and not enough volunteers? Every country in history had a system for taking people to use to protect their homes.

As for the question of if Women should be drafted. If they want to claim they are equal in every way to men, then they should be drafted like all men are. It will become in issue if a draft is ever needed again, which is unlikely.
