The democrats don't even believe in what they preach and they were bashing Bernie for actually supporting what they preach.

Obama betrayer (Wh will affirm). Hapless legislator (Senators/members will affirm). False promiser (policy elites will affirm). Can't win (black people will affirm).

I agree with that in principle. Where would you stick the knife in?

Bernie needs to be ground to a pulp. We can't start believing our own primary bullshit. This is no time to run the general. Crush him as hard as you can. Other than that, hope all is well and congrats on Nevada!

I Bernie was the democratic candidate, who would win? Him or Trump?

That.... That would be a very tough fight. Bernie wouldn't have as many dead voters voting for him so it would probably be a neck and neck fight. Either way at least we would have someone capable of critical thought in the white house.

Not sure why saying that Bernie needs to be ground into a pulp should be controversial. Unless, you are somehow taking that literally?

Podesta? Isn't that that sort of Mexican cornmeal thing?
Had it once, but it's better when there's some kind of enchilada sauce with the meal.

It's the second part that is the issue: "We can't start believing our own primary bullshit. "

Podesta is perhaps the worst person of the bunch, worse than Bill or Hillary.

And that's saying A LOT.

Sanders easily. If Sanders took most of the Dem votes and split evenly on Independents he'd still win since there are more registered Dems than Republicans.

Clinton is toxic among independents which is the only reason why this race is still competitive.

Using context clues, it should be easy to understand that this statement is referring to the friendly-ness of the primaries and how both candidates (Clinton and Sanders) both went fairly easy on each other. He is essentially saying that while the race is fairly friendly, you can't take Sanders lightly. Interpreting it the way it sounds like you interpret it makes no sense in this context.
