And this is your right not to do so.

It doesn't matter whom you vote for, as long as you vote. I know many people do write-in ballots, which is fine by me. If you don't think anyone on the ballots is appropriate for the position they're running for you can write in a replacement of your choosing. Granted, the likelihood of them winning (when it's only you voting for them) is next to none (but who cares, you voted!).

I hate the very idea of choosing between two people. It makes me highly uncomfortable. But I gotta get over it and just vote.

Just keep in mind whoever you vote for their actions no matter how great or small, good and bad will all be on you.

Make sure you educate yourself on the state and local questions that will be on the ballot. While voting for the president is very important, making an informed decision for your local government will likely affect you more directly!

*sighs* Sure. But knowing me I'll just vote to get it over with because I hate doing it.

If you don't want to educate yourself in order to make a more informed decision, why do you feel the need to vote exactly?

Because if I don't I'll never get over this stupid feeling of hating to vote.
