I too am having issues with my Itunes subscription. I just renewed my purchase yesterday, yet premium membership has not activated. Itunes has taken the money already, so I know the transaction went through...

Where can we contact Crunchyroll engineers? I’m having the same issue my iTunes subscription is not working on my devices ? What’s going on with this service?

This seems like a very common issue when renewing or registering a subscription through iTunes and has been going on for years.

Why has there been no clarification/solution/reason provided yet?

Why can't the Apple client/customer relation team and the Ellation (Crunchyroll) client/customer relation team work together to fix this?

As in, did I have premium directly before renewing? No. I have done this numerous times since I began using Crunchyroll though (every few months, buy a new iTunes card and renew my subscription). This is the first time I have had any issue.

No my subscriptions have always been through iTunes. I usually go through waves of watching so I will subscribe for a couple months, cancel for a few, and then come back and subscribe for a few months again. I double checked through my Order History and it shows my iTunes being my method of subscribing and payment. It doesn't show an order for this month but my iTunes account says I've been charged when I try to upgrade to premium through the app it says I'm already subscribed.

I have the same issue ive been using my itunes for months and go to renew it it doesnt work this month gives me you already subscribed and i come here to see iff i can geet any help and all you said was you name could be wrong impossible

Cancel the free trial and re-do it. Or get a free trial directly with us and get 14 days.
