There are a few where there are incidentals, but not many if you want it to be the main focus. You might try this one:

Yuru yuri is my favorite, tho it's light on the Yuri
Valkyrie Drive - Mermaid is really 'hardcore' in terms of Yuri, I almost thought it was a hentai at first
Those are the only two I know, sorry

^^^ I'll second this. It's really damn good. ^^^

Strawberry Panic is often cited as being the essential yuri classic but I didn't get into it at all (though to be fair I only watched the first couple of episodes)

Sasameki Koto and Yuri Kuma Arashi are probably the best I can recommend, Aoi Hana I second as well. After the anime of Sasameki Koto and aoi hana I'd read their manga which they are both super faithful to. Personally I find Valkyrie drive super offensive but that's just me. If you want something heavy on the bait but class S and ecchi there's Akuma no Riddle. Yuri is my life yo, but Yuri anime is a pretty limited selection. Hmu if you want some manga I can get you probably whatever you're looking for ^.^

Yuru Yuri isn't actually a Yuri anime, it's just a class-s comedy, it's pretty funny tho. Yuri kuma and sasameki Koto are both refreshingly shameless. The first episodes of Yuri kuma are intentionally over sexualized so if you get to ep 4 don't stop, that's when it gets good

Revolutionary Girl Utena, of course. Same director as Yuri Kuma Arashi, but ... weird in a different way.

Blue Drop
Destiny of the Shrine Maiden
Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne
Simoun
Whispered Words
Candy Boy
Kasimasi: Girl meets Girl - this one is borderline. It's about a guy who dies at the hands of aliens and comes back as a girl only to find the girls he used to be interested don't care that he's a girl now. Although on the surface it seems more a comedy it's got it's serious side as well and does a good job of showing him as accepting his femininity becoming a lesbian in the process.
