You will see this on your ballot as well if you are in the 4-5 states that will be voting on this issue

California will vote on legalizing recreational marijuana
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pz6X0mju7Vg

there are a lot of people who are willing to vote on whenever to legalizing marijuana than voting for presdient

anyway, like cigarettes and alcohol, i don't see why not

legalize it and tax it

I don't know about allowing each household can grow up to 5-6 plants though

i hope my neighborhood will not turn into a marijuana farm but i'm kind of glad this is where the HOA will come in

HOA law is the supreme law of the land

MA voted for Regulated Medical use last election, and since then, one clinic has already been shut down for corrupt under-the-table private dealing.

Nobody's ready for regulated weed yet, and that's in the sense of your parents saying you "weren't ready for the car" yet. No matter how high-minded you make the arguments, the users will stink it up every time.
Teen drinking isn't the most mature thing in the world, either, but beer doesn't cause paranoia to cry that requiring an ID is "A conspiracy by the government and the pharmaceutical companies" just because a high-school jock can't buy a six-pack and go wilding on Saturday night.

And y'know, every time some of the defenders say "But what's WRONG with weed? It's not HARMFUL!", I would like to bring up some more effective argument against it besides simply responding "Cartoon Network".

Except...I don't think there IS a more effective argument against it. Adult Swim is the scariest anti-drug ad on the air.

Nothing a little coherency and a parseably sober sense of humor couldn't fix

(As I like to say, "If you think 'Weed is less harmful than alcohol', watch a WC Fields comedy and watch an hour of Adult Swim, and then tell me which is funnier/less disturbing.")

Theres been some solid stuff on Adult Swim over the years. Rick and Morty is a pretty fantastic show which is still airing.

Legalize it!!! A lot of people will stop going to jail, and save these states money from that even though some states push private prisons for pretty much free labor. The states can make HELLA money off legalizing it by having people having dispensaries and taxing. Gives people more jobs as well, and scientist and doctors can now go full in to do research instead of getting special clearances from the gov't because it's a schedule 1 level drug. (SMH) Nobody has died or Overdose on smoking too much weed in one setting and it will cause crime to go down but I know that won't be significant because people still getting murked from crack/cocaine and drugs on that level. Just have the same rules with tobacco under 18 can't buy. but don't be hypocritical, if kids under 18 are caught smoking it they should be getting the same reprimands as if it was a tobacco product.

Im a couple years ahead of the party.

but I do want states other then mine and colorado to legalize weed too. If enough people realize that the ban itself does more harm then weed, then the sheer pressure will finally remove one of our worse laws out of national law. But we need the rest of yall man. Us 2 can't fight the power by ourselves.
