Well Trump was right when the media polls is rigged. Explain how else he won with this landslide victory? So he may be right on corruption in washington and FBI. So they may reopen it if they "Find new emails" winks.

It was stated in several well known news source stories in America that James Comey stated in a letter to Congress on November 6 that the FBI had found no new evidence of wrongdoing or leaked American security information in the new emails that they went through starting in October. It wasn't Obama who made the announcement or decision about it. Maybe you should fact check before you post next time.
Either way, the investigation is closed unless they find new evidence because of something that we have called due process here in America. Maybe you've heard of it?

And point being, if Trump does get to open his investigation--right after he finishes "going after" all those mean women who accused him of harassment--he's not exactly going to take No New Evidence for an answer.
And that's when the fun starts.

Not sure if you're trolling or being serious....

Chances are: no, she will not.

Even with the horridly suspicious circumstances of the tail end of the initial investigation and the strange public disclosure of re-opening and then re-closing the investigation right before the election, Comey said he won't recommend charges, and even if Trump's justice dept appointed a special prosecutor or a grand jury, it'd be an uphill battle at this rate.

Though Comey did heavily hint at near criminal negligence, few people, and I mean few are ever convicted of gross negligence with national security, few are even indicted.

Media polls have almost always been rigged, they were just more prominently found and talked about during this election campaign. And I wouldn't exactly call a 58 electoral vote lead a landslide victory. Yeah, there were a lot of states that voted Republican, most of them already expected to, but the race was really close in a lot of those states. And we still have five states where it's too close to call who exactly won them yet. And if you look at the states that voted Democratic, Clinton had a wide lead over Trump in most of them. So, you can't just look at how many states voted for Trump overall, you have to look at the actual numbers before stating something like that.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/elections

And if they do find new emails, they'd have to do so legally, working within the confines of the law themselves. If they work outside of the law on trying to find them, then the evidence is not valid and therefore can't be used in legal investigations and proceedings.
You really need to start fact checking before you post things like that because you're starting to sound like a crazy conspiracy theorist who doesn't care about the law. You may live in a different country and the rules and laws may be different there, but in America they have to follow our rules and laws for the investigation.

Clinton WILL get indicted, she WILL go to jail. Should she remain in the country, of course.

But as was already denied as silly conspiracy, that crap ton of money they transferred to qatar via jp morgan will be waiting for her over there along with that freshly cleaned out royal palace that was also reportedly cleaned out in the last couple months for a very important person.

Qatar has no extradition treaty with the USA.

If I were DT I would call for her to immediately put on a no fly list and not allowed to leave the country. Podesta, Bill, Lynch, Shelly Marsh there what's her name DWS, Eric Holder...all of them that were part of the crime spree.

Yes, Fast & Furious was part of that crime spree.

Obama should be on that list too but that'd be a bit un-pc I'd think.

It was a beautiful thing seeing the hil bots totally lose their shit.

Here's the thing. Trump isn't king, so he can't just unilaterally jail people. He will need to go through the proper channels. However, I wouldn't put anything past this stupid country.

Polls are notoriously inaccurate. All it takes is enough of a demographic (in this case white working class voters) not having the time or inclination to participate in a phone poll. Trump throwing a tantrum when something doesn't make him look good does not equate to good judgement.

Congress is still investigating Hillary. The FBI does not actually have the power to bring someone to trial. Their job is to gather evidence to bring someone to trial. It is up to the Department of Justice to decide that. Comey saying no charges will be filed against Clinton was never his job in the first place. Likely it was indicative of an intransigent Department of Justice that according to leaks from agents prevented the FBI from issuing warrants or calling a Grand Jury. A Department of Justice not led by a Obama and Clinton plant will likely not have these problems.

Likely Trump will appoint a special independent prosecutor.

I expect the Clintons to flee to Venezuela, Ecuador, or Brazil pretty soon.

Probably not. Not just because Trump doesn't strictly have that sort of power, but because despite his boasting, I don't think he will sincerely pursue it while in office. It would reflect poorly on him among Republicans (representatives and senators, specifically; I imagine the people who voted for him would approve) , and he needs their support to accomplish his goals as President. Also, even if he does manage to get it back on the table and take her to trial over the incident, I don't think there will be enough of a shift in power for the verdict to change.

Would set a terrible precedent for American democracy, but it's also about the only good thing he could do in the next four years, so good luck to him in that pursuit. Hell, maybe he'll get her arrested and manage to get himself impeached for overreach of power. Talk about a win-win.

I'm expecting a circus of horrible crap, a low possibility of him doing the opposite of the hate-pride parade, or doing nothing but preventing a rocking of the boat and sailing on Obama's coattails with executive actions.

It would set a terrible precedent for the rule of law if she was NOT prosecuted.

Overreach? lol....all he has to do is take the chain off of an honest DoJ's neck and say SICK 'ER!!! and she will have bite marks instantly.

nothing else necessary. evidence is already slam dunk and in their hands.

If the security violations re the emails don't sink her a thorough examination into the legal paperwork that gave their Foundation validation to exist as such may ensnare both her and Bill. Wait and see.
