Why, because you believe in due process of law, or because you Don't Like Her, and want to see her "pay" for annoying you for two years?

Choose your answer carefully, because that's the political system we're dealing with now.

She let confidential stuff leak. Of course she should go to prison.

Well, if anything--and I voted for her--it's finally killed Hillary's World Domination Ambitions, 1992-2016.
(As I recall, the only reason she campaigned for Senator of NY was because Elizabeth Dole in the 90's was getting such high marks in the Cabinet, and everyone predicted someone else besides Ms. First Lady would be the First Woman President to run first, since Ms. Clinton had no political-office experience on her resume'. That sound like the candidate we know?
As Mark Russell joked at the time, "Ms. Clinton, is this senatorial bid leading into a future presidential run?" "No, idiot, I want to spend the next six years pretending to be nice to Trent Lott!")

Winner-writing Republicans obsessed with the "terror" of her running for twenty years and now "free" from her, will spend the next four years painting her as Michelle Dukakis, and unfortunately, that won't find much argument with the disgruntled Democrats who weren't wooed by her campaign mistakes either.
Obama knew how not to be Hillary when he ran in '08--by making not about himself or about I'm Black, but about "us" as the good ol' American People--and that's not only why she lost back then, that's why he won, and we all felt good about ourselves.

In anime terms, it's like when Princess Mononoke was playing theaters:
We didn't LIKE it, we knew it was doing damage to the public image, and we knew it was the one movie you wouldn't show a first-timer to symbolize to them what anime or Studio Ghibli was "like"--But on the other side, we had Disney threatening to dump it if it didn't do well, and a Pokemon-weary public coming up with conspiracies about what J-culture would do to our kids, so we were first in line for the movie, just to get those theater numbers up, and try and STOP whatever might happen if they weren't.
And when Spirited Away came out two years later, got an actual audience of mandate of popularity, and rode the public wave of support to an Oscar, we breathed a sigh of relief that we were now FREE from our years of bondage, and allowed to say exactly what we thought about Hayao's big loud depressing self-indulgent soapbox stunt that had nearly permanently messed up our public image for good.

We'll get a better Democrat four years from now--that's for sure, and even more so with the public wave of frustration from what we'll get by '20--but just because our tongues have been finally loosed about Hillary doesn't mean our brains have been shut off.

Well Trump was right when the media polls is rigged. Explain how else he won with this landslide victory? So he may be right on corruption in washington and FBI. So they may reopen it if they "Find new emails" winks.

Trump crushed Clinton with the electoral college vote 279 -228, but the popular vote actually was almost tied, with Hillary getting 200K more votes than Trump.

2016 Popular vote.

The huge news is that Trump had to flip Democratic States to beat Clinton, and he did, as well as win battleground states.

Thank you for posting that, because that's exactly the point I was trying to make last night about it. And no, I'm not being sarcastic.

I think what everyone here is trying to say is we are sick of Politicians getting away with anything and everything because it seems they have become immune to punishment for crime. They need to send corrupt politicians to jail married politicians fooling around with 15 year olds this has to stop. They need to send a clear message that politicians are just as responsible for their actions as the rest of us.PS how do you lose a server ??? CR is gone oops I lost the server a huge group of computers just disappeared ???

Clinton charged and the Clinton News Networking reporting it ? -- it will be THE DAY

if we have a new head for the DOJ.. this might be possible

but the thing is the corruption is deep and widespread + the # of years the Clinton family/organization have been around for..

but if you can charge the political mob boss of the organization then at least it's a step in the right direction

maybe without the DOJ and Obama Administration breathing down the FBI's throat.. maybe.. just maybe.. they have the guts to carry out their duty and keep whatever integrity they have left
