So before the internet and social media construct on video game system. You usually had a nice ps1 logo for example when you booted it up. Well some games had ads in them. Just wondering if it kinda bothers you. Like i had fond memories of Tony Hawk Pro Skater/Skateboarding 1 on PS1. But i noticed while playing this stage that it has mountain dew ads. I dont even think they sold mountain dews in Norway back then so i likely had no idea what it was back then. But considering it exists now, i dunno how long maybe a year ago i noticed mountain dew drinks selling in stores (Which btw tastes horribly) Either way just kinda wondering if this stuff annoys you a little bit. Its a good game but... its those details that is usually the reason why i dont keep the games.

Sports games sell in a weird way, so they have ad sponsors JUST LIKE THE REAL THING(tm). If you like skateboarding down icy slopes while driving your high end sports car on dirt roads, that kind of thing is something you just get used to.

Pizza Hut and KFC were in Crazy Taxi among some other sponsors. I just remember those two since I wound up driving a lot of customers to those locations.

WaveRace 64 had Kawasaki and Fanta. Though they removed all traces of it in the Virtual Console release due to expired licenses.
