Would you rather enjoy eating, or be ripped/skinny/lean?

First off, everybody's entitled to their own choice and preference. Now then, let's get to the question.

Do you want to be ripped/skinny/lean, and eat good but not a lot/ eat a lot of bland food OR do you chose to eat a lot, and enjoy all kinds of food. Not saying that going with the 2nd choice would make you obese assuming you have a daily workout regime. Going that route, you'd look relatively good and buff with clothes on.

Me, personally, I prefer being on the bigger side of things. I eat pretty much whatever I want, and I'm on an unlimited meal plan at my college. So a typical dinner for me would be two grilled cheeseburgers, some chinese food, and for desert, maybe a milkshake with some cookies. That adds up to be over 2000calories, which is perfect for post workout, brah.

Although, a couple mates of mine prefer to go the lean and mean machine kinda route. They eat f**king clean s**ts like oatmeal, chicken breasts, broccoli, things of that nature.



That was me during senior year of high school. I did a lot of wrestling and football brah. Not that big, but pretty juiced. Didn't really like this look that much. I prefer the full, pumped aesthetics more

Nah for real I have to eat so much just to keep my weight , it's troublesome. But I won't get overweight.

Wokout and eat enough food. Since you're starting out, don't worry about losing weight until you get your core lifts up.

Focus on these movements -

Bench press and Dumbell shoulderpress + flies
Squats
Deadlifts

Accessory lifts -

Bicep curls or Hammer curls
Lat pulls
Leg curls

Honestly bro. Don't make simple stuff complicated. All I did was lifted and ate great for 8 years.I lift 3 times a week. At the time in this pic, I was doin' 2 days upperbody, 1 day lowerbody, and 3 day cardio / week.

I'm 6ft tall and 165lbs with a fairly average build, but I have a decent metabolism so I can eat whatever and still remain pretty thin. I almost never work out though so I'll never be ripped like that. A body like that takes dedication though. I got respect for people who can keep up that kind of work ethic and will power.

I'm super lazy. I haven't done anything physical for the past 8 years.

Yes, I eat whatever I want. I rarely eat fruits or vegetables because they are boring to eat. I will probably die young, but I don't see death as something to be feared. I see death as a reward.

The only reason I don't become a fatty is because sometimes I get bored of eating. KFC tastes good once in a while, if you eat it every day it becomes boring.

Tbh looking at your pic motivates me idk why
But yeah thanks for the advice, I've been going to the gym but usually it's motivation for me to go again the next day that kills it

I just eat whatever I want and then work out though I've had to be careful lately because I fractured my foot and so couldn't do anything for a while, I am getting so restless lol I hate not being able to go walk at least when I feel like it

I'll eat as much as I want, of whatever I want. I just want to live my life and enjoy it, I'm not worried about trying to survive as long as I can.
Plus, I'm active right now and have a fast metabolism anyways, so I'm still pretty skinny. And if I get fat later, whatever, don't really care.
