I ran into an issue with the subscription service and I used the customer chat that pops up when you try to cancel your subscription. Going in I didn't expect much but was actually pleasantly surprised.
I found the assistant Kyoko to be very friendly, helpful, quick to reply, and diligent.
Everything was handled, some stuff clarified/explained, and I left quite happy and better of than I was originally.
I've enjoyed Crunchyroll services for several years total and it is really nice knowing that customer support is good. Definitely rate higher in overall satisfaction/how likely would I be to recommend to a friend
