Trump has been pretty progressive on LGBT rights for years.
Heck, this was the first Republican convention I remember where I nominee said he was going to defend the LGBT community and wasn't booed for it, heck the audience cheered.

Luckily, the Pence breed of Republicans is going the way of dinosaurs.

Rolling back one courts interpretation of the 14th Amendment is perfectly fine in my opinion. Couple that with the drying up of federal funding for Planned Parenthood and an executive action or two It could clear the path for a more absolute solution. That's my hope.
